2. Service Description

DevEval provides AI-powered developer evaluation reports based on publicly available GitHub data. Our service analyzes code quality, collaboration patterns, and technical skills to assist with hiring decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape or bulk-download evaluation data
• Misrepresent evaluation results to candidates
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Disclaimer

DevEval provides analysis based on publicly available data and AI models. Our evaluations are intended to supplement, not replace, your hiring process. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all assessments and recommend using our reports alongside other evaluation methods.
